Refund policy

All sales are final unfortunately we do not offer refunds. For any hair issues, please contact us first and we will try our best to solve them. This must be communicated within the 7 days of receiving the hair an exchange may occur if product has not be worn, and is still in its original state and packaging. Shipping and handling is covered by the customer, hair extensions are not subject to a return or exchange if it's no longer in its natural state and manipulation has taken place. Any item that has been altered chemically or physically no longer qualifies for an exchange or refund.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
