Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a tracking number once your package has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

International Shipping: 3-7 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please note: Processing times and shipping times are separate. While we work to dispatch every order quickly, delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other conditions outside our control.
International Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to custom fees, import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. The relevant customs authority will contact the recipient directly regarding any additional charges required to release the shipment.
Esgraé is not responsible for any additional custom charges or delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
If custom fees are refused or remain unpaid, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information to monitor your delivery in real time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Esgraé strives to ensure all orders arrive safely and on time. Once a package is in transit, delivery is managed by the courier. Delays may occur due to customs, weather or other unforeseen factors.
We are unable to refund or replace an order while it is still in transit and within the courier’s expected delivery window.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
Incorrect Addresses
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered , please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note address changes are not guaranteed and cannot be made once the order has shipped. Undeliverable packages returned to us due to address errors will require the customer to pay re-shipping fees or may qualify for a product only refund as shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an order is delivered to the incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer refunds or replacements however if the courier is at fault we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
